Delivery / Pickup Information
**Please note we do not use third-party carriers to ship our products, therefore we cannot send food outside of our regular delivery areas.**
1. PICKUP OPTION
Orders must be collected in full within 5 days of order date. Pick-up freezer space is limited so orders not collected within this timeframe will be returned to storage and will no longer be available in our customer collection freezer.
2. DELIVERY OPTION
a. Order Deadline
Deadline for delivered orders is 1:00 pm on the day prior to the next scheduled route date.
- Tuesday delivery: Order deadline --> Monday 1:00 pm
- Thursday delivery: Order deadline --> Wednesday at 1:00 pm
b. Delivery Time
Delivery time is between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Depending on the number of deliveries we have, your order may arrive earlier or later than your previous delivery.
If you need your ordered delivered within a specific time window, please let us know by 1:00 pm on the day BEFORE your delivery and we will do our very best to accomodate.
Please note we cannot defer delivery dates. All orders will be delivered on the next applicable delivery cycle.
