Frequently Asked Questions
How much raw feed should I give my dog?
Generally speaking, 3% of your dogs body weight per day is recommended. However, each dog is different and nutritional needs will vary based on age, activity level and overall health. All blends come in 1/3lb pucks for easy feed distribution. Dogs require 1 puck for every 10-15lbs of body weight, per day. Older, less active dogs may require less while growing puppies and active dogs may require more.

How should I prepare raw feed before giving it to my dog?
We recommend taking the daily quantity for your dog out of the freezer and into the fridge. That being said, we know many of our customers who feed frozen portions to their dogs without issue.
Where do you deliver?

I chose home delivery, when will I receive my feed?
Once you select home delivery, your order will join the next delivery date (we deliver every Tuesday). To be eligible for Tuesday delivery, orders need to be in by our cutoff time on Monday at 1:00pm.
How is the feed portioned in the boxes?
We sell our feed in 20lb boxes, with portions being divided into frozen pucks. Each puck is approximately 1/3rd of a pound in size. There are approximately 60 pucks per 20lb box.
