Okanagan Customer Collection Guidelines

Visiting Simply Raw Okanagan

Simply Raw Okanagan operates out of our family home and is not a retail storefront. Because of this, we may not always be available, especially on delivery days. If you wish to meet with us or speak in person, please contact us at simplyrawokanagan@gmail.com ahead of time to ensure someone will be present when you visit.

Order Collection Hours

Customers collecting orders are welcome to visit between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays, and we kindly ask you to respect these closure times. While we strive to accommodate customers who are unable to collect within these hours, please reach out to us in advance if you require alternative arrangements.

Order Preparation and Collection

Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received notification that it is ready. Your order will be placed in one of our customer collection freezers, located to the left of the house, clearly labelled with your name and order number. Due to limited space in our customer collection freezers, please pick up your order within five business days of notification. Uncollected orders will be moved back to storage and will not be accessible; you must contact us to arrange a direct pickup from the storage freezer.

Parking and Pets

When collecting your order, please use the designated parking space and avoid parking on the grass. We also ask that you keep your pets in your vehicle while on the property.

Safety and Courtesy

As this is a family home with dogs that may be outside at any time, please respect the posted signs requesting you drive slowly and remain vigilant for dogs while on our property.
